   Incredible four days together! Thank you, Frans, everyone in the course, and all the trees, birds, deer, bugs, sun, moon, air…

   I returned feeling changed and freed. These opportunities to practice together with our teacher and each other (and nature this time) are invaluable.

   Looking forward to the retreat in October!
