These pre-recorded teachings are divided into 11 one hour videos in which we go deep into the Japanese way of the system of Reiki. Each hour consists of 30 minutes of teaching and 30 minutes of meditation practice.
These teachings are based on Frans’ training with his teacher in Japan, Takeda Hakusai Ajari. He has been training with him since 2012 to deepen his understanding about the foundation of the system of Reiki from a Japanese esoteric viewpoint.
These teachings are there for you to take your own personal insight to a deeper level and therefore extremely helpful to live a more compassionate life in which we can help others to realize the same.

As a long-time student of Frans Stiene, I feel indebted to him for so generously sharing with the rest if us the teachings and practices he learns in Japan. And as a mindfulness practitioner and teacher, I was particularly appreciative of the Buddhist teachings that unite Reiki practice and mindfulness practice.
