Erika is a Reiki Teacher and practitioner who teaches the system of Reiki as a spiritual practice, supporting others in caring for their wellbeing in a meaningful and grounded way.
Since 2013, Erika has trained with a variety of teachers, initially studying Western Reiki and later Jikiden Reiki, gaining valuable insight from each approach. However, she found her true depth of understanding and sense of alignment after beginning her studies with Frans Stiene in 2020. His teachings continue to guide and inspire her practice and Erika regularly attends his courses to continue refining and deepening her own understanding.
Alongside her Reiki work, Erika is also a primary school teacher. She has a deep love of teaching and guiding others in their learning. Being able to bring together her passion for education and her love of Reiki feels both natural and deeply fulfilling. Creating supportive, nurturing spaces for growth — whether in the classroom or in a Reiki course — is at the heart of everything she does.
Erika teaches individuals and small groups, allowing learning and healing to unfold within a supportive and connected environment. She also holds regular Reiki shares and offers ongoing support to her students, encouraging confidence and continued development beyond the classroom.
She believes that learning the system of Reiki can be life-changing, and considers it a privilege to walk alongside others as they begin — or deepen — their journey of self-development and healing.
