During these 21 days we will work with the 5 elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space to deepen our spiritual practice. Everything exists of these 5 elements but most of the time they are not in harmony with each other. Through practicing specific meditations and teachings we will gain a clearer insight into how we can harmonize the 5 elements within our own mind, body, and energy. This in turn will lay the base for a more peaceful, balanced and content lifestyle, which in turn will help us to be more compassionate to others.

Frans has been working with these 5 elements for many years and will share his insights and practices during this 21 live video journey so that we can practice together to harmonize our elements.

Thank you so much for the 21 day esoteric meditation practice.  It was so great to get together with people from all over the world to share and meditate. After 2020 and continuing… I found it very supportive and a great help in motivating me to continue meditating. I loved the practice itself.
