Description
This 5 hour video teaching is introducing you to different Japanese mantras to help you deepen your own personal practice. Each video session is one hour long in which Frans gives an explanation about the mantra, the concepts of chanting, and of course we chant for about 30 minutes. Each hour also includes a reiju. These practices are interlinked with the system of Reiki and therefore very beneficial for existing Reiki practitioners and/or teachers.
Frans has been practicing and teaching these mantras for many years and he will help you to gain a clear understanding of mantras and their usage.
