IF NOT\, WE DO NOT REFUND BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE CREDITS TOWARDS A FUTURE COURSE OR WEBCLASSES AT IHREIKI.  \n\n\n\n\nPre-Requisites: All lineages and Reiki Levels Welcome \n\n\n\nDuring this Reiki Retreat at Hoffner Lodge\, Frans Stiene will teach 4 very specific meditation practices which will help you to go deeper into the symbols and mantras. \nNormally\, Frans only teaches these meditations one on one. \nWe practice 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon\, with lots of time in the evening to share healing\, stories\, and fun with your fellow retreatees. \nRetreat hours 9am till 5pm with a 2 hours break from 12pm till 2pm (Cincinnati time) \nFrans has been hosting these Reiki Retreats for many years now and infuses them with great humour\, knowledge of Japanese spiritual teachings\, and his own depth of practice of Mikao Usui’s teachings. \nCome and share with all the other participants to create a wonderful Reiki community. \nDue to Covid 19\, this retreat will be held in a different way this year. Frans will be teaching this retreat live from Haarlem Holland\, and at the same time\, Maria Kammerer will be at the venue with the group\, as the host and support for Frans. So you can either join Maria and Frans (Maria in-person and Frans live from Holland) at the venue\, or you can join from home. \n\n\n******* \nFocus on esoteric Japanese practices to stimulate and define your Reiki practise. Immerse yourself in an intense 4 days of deep spiritually energetic work. \nBe supported by your fellow students who practice the same teachings as you and by the Reiki teachers\, Frans and Bronwen Stiene. \nThis retreat focuses on delving deeper into your Reiki and/or Meditation journey through the practices of Japanese Esoteric meditations and healing techniques. \nThe retreat is perfect for anyone who is interested in deepening their meditation practice or spiritual journey. \nSome of the practices include the whole group\, while others are in pairs or in smaller groups – depending on the practice and technique. \nThese teachings are very unique and not often taught by many modern meditation teachers. Some of these are traced back to the 7th and 8th century Japan\, so we will be tapping into ancient Japanese spiritual traditions. \nThey are: \n\nsitting meditation – mindfulness practice\, chanting\, moving your energy\nmoving meditation – walking meditation for example\nsitting/moving meditations – old ancient Shinto\, Shugendo\, and Buddhist practices\n\nDue to Frans’ unique journey he often includes some 4000 year old Wu (Chinese: shamanic) practices within these retreats. As the word implies a deeper understanding and connection to Usui Mikao’s teachings is achieved during this course. \nThis level teaches how to connect to Earth and Heaven energy\, the first steps to becoming fully integrated with the universe. This is achieved through the practise of shirushi (symbols) and jumon (mantras). It will enable the student to enhance his/her own energy levels and sensitivity. There are many aspects to the shirushi and jumon which include chanting and visualisation techniques. Rather than being external tools – the focus here is on internal use for spiritual development. \nA vegetarian lunch is included in the course fee.
