Qu’est-ce que le Reiki?
Bonjour à tous, je suis Frans Stiene de la Maison Internationale du Reiki, basée à Amsterdam, aux Pays-Bas. Mon engagement dans la pratique du Reiki m’a conduit à explorer ses racines authentiques, en m’entraînant avec des maîtres japonais traditionnels tels que Takeda Hakusai Ajari. Cette immersion m’a permis de redécouvrir la véritable essence du Reiki, centrée sur la guérison de l’esprit plutôt que sur le simple soin par les mains. En revenant aux préceptes du Reiki et à la vision de Mikao Usui, je réalise l’importance de vivre dans le moment présent, où chaque action peut être une occasion de guérison. Le Reiki, bien plus qu’une technique de soin, est un chemin spirituel vers la pleine conscience et la compassion inconditionnelle envers soi-même et les autres.
