Resources for Everything Reiki

Over the last couple of decades at the International House of Reiki we have created innumerable resources for students. With well-over 1000 blogs, videos, podcasts, web classes, and teleclasses it can be hard to know where to begin.

I’ve put together a list of some old gems that should not be ignored (especially the podcasts) and the ever-evolving understandings our Reiki community has of the history of the system of Reiki and where that stands today.

I often get asked for a list of resources for beginners or existing teachers. For beginners, I think the pages on the website that explain what Reiki is are an excellent place to start. Then there’s the book The Japanese Art of Reiki which takes you through, step-by-step, what the system is and how we work with it and the e-book Beginning Reiki, Beginning Healing. For practitioners Your Reiki Treatment answers most every question you could have about treatments. For teachers we have The Reiki Sourcebook which is encyclopeadic in nature plus Reiki Insights and The Inner Heart of Reiki.

Here are some lists that can help you navigate these materials.
