I am based in the Cotswolds and offer treatments and courses both privately and through the Isbourne Centre in Cheltenham. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and ITEC qualified massage therapist and have worked with traditional Japanese Reiki for more than a decade.

I provide advanced Reiki treatments and courses using a friendly, holistic approach. All treatments and courses are tailored to your individual needs to treat your body and emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. My aim is to help ease away your aches, pains and stresses to help bring you back into balance with life.

Reiki courses

Sharing Reiki with others is wonderful. If you are interested in learning how, I offer courses in traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho (Usui Spiritual Energy Healing Method) and teach in small groups or individually. Whatever suits you best.

I teach what has been practised in Japan since the early 1900s – before the system of Reiki moved to the west. These earlier teachings consider the system not just to be a hands-on-healing practice but one that also focuses on a student’s spiritual path that supports healing and personal development. This particular method includes physical and energy enhancing exercises to help practitioners delve deeper into their Reiki practice.

It is a simple, gentle, yet highly-effective practice that can enhance well-being and can be easily learned by anyone. I teach all levels - Reiki Level I (for those who wish to practice on friends and family), Reiki Level II (for those who wish to practice professionally) and Reiki Level III courses (for those who wish to take the practice further).

Reiki treatments

What can Reiki do for you?

Well, Reiki is a therapeutic system of natural healing that works on all levels of the mind, body and spirit.

The goal of Reiki is to attain inner peace and a joyful state of mind. It is a healthy, non-invasive system that helps re-balance bodily and cognitive systems. Reiki serves as a pain reliever as well as an amazing long-term preventative therapy.

Reiki has been found to be especially beneficial for stress, grief, depression, worry and anxiety. Often painful conditions are relieved by Reiki, as it promotes deep peace and relaxation within, so easing tension.

I specialise in providing tailored holistic treatments, designed to bring a sense of relaxation and renewal. I aim to provide an authentic, personal and sustainable experience, that evokes well-being. Each client is treated individually, addressing the areas of need and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
